Rex Timesheet ::  Red Ant has licensed the rights to market and distribute Rex Timesheet. Use it to keep track of projects via timesheets or via fixed price arrangements, then use it to generate invoices for your work. Keep track of invoices each quarter (takes the headache out of BAS) and yearly for tax returns. Our staff use this tool! Screenshots showing functionality are provided below.

Release Maker ::  The ability to control and manage a deployment is critical to any successful, large-scale software development. Red Ant has developed a suite of deployment management tools to simplify and add certainty to this process. Our tools are for use by team(s) of software developers working concurrently on rapid-turnover projects (typically of duration 1-30 person-days). A weekly deployment might involve packaging 5 or 6 projects, checking for potential deployment collisions, then automating the deployment build. The suite includes features to:

• automate construction and deployment of COM+ components in MS Visual Basic.
• automate deployment of views, functions and stored procedures.
• automate deployment of website content.
• integrate with MS Visual Sourcesafe and MS SQL Server.
• detect collisions when releasing project A would inadvertently deploy functionality from unreleasable project B.
• create rollback files to allow back-out from a deployment.
• provide comprehensive reports on deployed files and functionality.

Using Release Maker it's possible to package and target a deployment containing 100's of mixed files in minutes (COM+, database, website content).
